Where do you ship?
Chase the Stitch currently ships within Canada and the US only. All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and U.S orders are shipped with USPS via ChitChat Express. Chase the Stitch is not responsible for any custom fees incurred during shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Current turnaround time for an order is 1-3 weeks plus shipping. If you need your order rushed please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately not. All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with our products or if you receive a defective item please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, created and completed, no changes can be made.
Will I receive a proof?
All orders with detailed information ie. personalized stuffed animals, birth stat, wedding and anniversary pillows will receive a proof for approval.
Do you do custom orders?

Can I supply my items?
Yes! All supplied items though, are at your own risk. Although machine errors are rare they do happen and we will not be responsible for replacing that item.
Do you do Business Logo items?
Yes we do company business attire contact us with your logo.
